By using this real estate marketplace, every visitor, property owner, agent, builder and advertiser agrees to provide correct, current and lawful information. Listings, profile details, prices, property documents, photos, project descriptions, location details, availability status and ownership claims must be truthful to the best knowledge of the person posting them.

User Responsibilities

Users must not post misleading property information, fake pricing, unavailable properties, copied photos, illegal projects, discriminatory content, spam, direct contact details inside enquiry messages, or any content that violates applicable laws. Users are responsible for verifying property facts before entering into any transaction.

Agent and Builder Responsibilities

Agents and builders must represent only properties, projects and inventory they are legally authorized to market. They must keep RERA numbers, approvals, possession details, amenities, payment terms and availability status accurate. Verified badges may be removed if documents, conduct or listing quality fails platform review.

Restrictions

If wrong information, abuse, contact-detail sharing, fraud, duplicate listings, fake identity or policy violation is detected, the platform may reject listings, hide properties, suspend accounts, remove premium visibility, cancel verification, block enquiries or permanently ban the account without refund where misuse is involved.

No Transaction Guarantee

The platform helps discovery, enquiries and visibility. It does not guarantee sale, rent, lease, title quality, loan approval, builder delivery, legal clearance or payment completion. Users should perform legal, financial and physical due diligence before making decisions.
